It is a device that produces compressed air and is also a single-stage
centrifugal turbo type directly connected to a permanent magnet
type synchronous motor driven by the inverter, where air bearing, impeller,
high-speed motor, inverter, and controller technology is applied.
It supplies air to the sewage to decompose pollutants by activating
aerobic microorganisms and is used as a vortex generating
device to expand the air contacting area.
Designed with our proprietary technology, mcb Series Blower is a device that is easy
to maintain to enhance the customer’s convenience and is easy to operate.
It has a smaller installation area compared to earlier built facilities,
and the structure is simple and small, which makes it easy
for inspection and excellent for durability.
Periodic supply of lubricant or replacement of bearings is unnecessary as the foil air bearing system, which does not use lubricant at all, is applied. Maintenance cost can be minimized by simply cleaning or replacing suction filter.
Simple, but compact enables the reduction of the manufacturing cost and the installation area, while making it easy to install. It boasts its small size and light weight, but elaborate facilities.
Adjusting motor speed, pressure, temperature, and flow rate with the control computer enhances the convenience of the customer and allows constant pressure operations along with load/no-load operations. Also, it is possible to control even super-load operations and it allows automatic operations of the blower through a surge prevention control.
Mcb Series Blower, certified for the high efficiency equipment by the Energy Management Corporation, applies high efficiency design of compression section and high efficiency motor, enabling it to save up to 45% of the energy.
Adopting air bearing and direct coupling technology creates no contact within the machine, thus achieving low noise below 75~80db`@1m. Therefore, there is no need for other soundproofing facilities. Also, because there is no vibration, it lengthens the life on the device by preventing the shortening of device’s life caused by vibrations and noises.
It is a centrifugal type blower, where the suction and discharge happen continuously by applying non-contact air bearing. The vibration on OIL FREE operation itself is almost ZERO, which satisfies the operation performance for the customer.
